Pregnancy & Parenting Tips
For Better Health &
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
Being pregnant can feel like being lost in a sea of confusion, with so much to learn and everyone giving different advice.
It may seem like spending endless hours searching Google is the only thing to do, but then you don’t know what you may have missed.
I want to help! As a mother, I know how you are probably feeling. As a certified childbirth educator, healthy pregnancy coach, clinical nutritionist, and researcher, I know that there are NO one-size-fits-all approaches to pregnancy. It is important to find what is right for YOU, and I want to show you the options so you can make the best decisions for you and your baby, and feel confident in those decisions.
I love researching, and I love putting all those hours of diving into the research to good use by saving you time trying to do it yourself. Pregnancy is short – you deserve to enjoy more of it and spend less time looking up factoids.
So pull up a screen and look through some of what I’ve gathered to see what’s right for you.
